YHZS mobile concrete mixing plant is a new plant with compact and neat design; most functions of the plant can be realized on a chassis, such as collecting, electrical weighing, lifting, and mixing. It is easy to install and convenient to move, and can be widely used in all kinds of building sites and producing base of roads, bridges, dams, aerodromes.

1Characteristics Of YHZS Mobile Concrete Mixing Plan

1.1 Aggregate, Cement, Water Weighing and Delivery System:

Aggregate is conveyed by conveyor belt with flanges (on the edges), abandoning the traditional skip feeding, almost without default.

Cement Weighing and delivery system can directly connect Vertical, Horizontal Silos.

Water is weighed by the high-precision measurement meter with high accuracy and reliability. 

1.2 Control System:

PLC is applied to the control centre, can be automated, and manually operated, having failure alarm system, of simple operation, easy debugging and high reliability. Computer control system dynamically and colorfully displays the whole production process.

1.3 Unparalleled mobility:

Mixer and aggregate belt conveyor can be folded on to the frame and easily transferred. When reaching the working site, it can be quickly reset, greatly reducing transferring, installing and debugging time.
